1
Get in touch
Reach out via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook to tell us about your dog and what you’re looking for. We’ll chat through your needs, answer any questions, and arrange a meet and greet so we can get to know you and your pup in person. This first contact helps us understand what kind of support or sessions will suit your dog best — whether that’s walking, play, or behaviour work.

2
Meet and greet
When we meet, there will be two walkers present — myself and the walker who’ll be your dog’s main contact. During this visit, we’ll:
-
Go through your contract, consent form, and booking form
-
Ask detailed questions about your dog’s behaviour, health, and preferences
-
Give your dog time to sniff, explore, and get comfortable with us
This session helps us tailor our approach and ensures your dog feels safe and understood before their first outing.

3
Before the first session
Following your meet and greet, we’ll invite you to join our Pet Sitter Plus system — the secure online platform we use to manage bookings, payments, and updates. You’ll be able to:
-
Create your dog’s profile with key details (routine, preferences, emergency contacts)
-
View and book sessions directly
-
Receive updates and photos after each visit
-
Keep everything in one place for peace of mind
This step ensures your dog’s care is organised, transparent, and easy to manage from day one.

4
First session
Once we’ve agreed on the best slot for your dog, we’ll book their first session — whether that’s a walk, stay‑and‑play, or field play. This time is all about building trust and connection. We’ll follow your dog’s lead: if they’re not in the mood for a walk, we’ll adapt the session to suit their emotional needs. Our goal is always to make sure your dog feels relaxed, happy, and supported — never pressured.
