Our enrichment area has been carefully designed to give dogs the opportunity to engage both their minds and bodies through a variety of stimulating and natural experiences. Enrichment is essential for supporting a dog’s overall wellbeing, helping to reduce stress, prevent boredom, and encourage calm, confident behaviour. By allowing dogs to use their natural instincts such as sniffing, exploring, and problem-solving, it is more tiring and fulfilling as physical exercise. This area can be hired in addition to the main field, providing a quieter, more focused space where dogs can explore at their own pace without distraction.

The space includes a small cobbled stream with a water feature, adding a gentle sensory element, alongside a bed filled with a variety of plants to encourage sniffing and natural foraging behaviours. There is also a tyre area packed with herbs to stimulate scent work, and a large log with scent holes designed to promote problem-solving and engagement. A floor-level trampoline helps to build balance, coordination, and body awareness in a safe and controlled way, while a sandpit provides an appropriate outlet for natural digging instincts. Tetherball is also included to encourage interactive play, creating a well-rounded and enriching environment where dogs can learn, explore, and thrive.
