Chester

About

Chester is nearly 8 months old, his family had begun to struggle with loose lead walking along with seeing some behavioural issues at home, these included barking at people walking past the window, barking in the garden and digging. We had a few discussions, booked Wayne for training and arranged the consultation. We found that being a working line, and being a beagle, Chester needed a lot more mental stimulation than he was receiving, however with mum working from home this was a difficult task, so alongside the training we also gathered ideas as to how to entertain and stimulate Chester but work at the same time. We also discussed how to manage Chesters barking, although it is a breed trait, we worked out a plan to acknowledge what he was barking at and give him a cue to stop.
